We at Avanti Cycling take your privacy seriously and will only use your data to administer your account and provide you with the products and services you have requested from us.

 Data collected by our consent form procedures will be held only as long as is necessary to provide the services requested by the individual. Consent forms are our lawful basis for holding that data.

Avanti Cycling is not a marketing organisation and will not pass on your data to a third party unless it is part of the governing bodies requirements. The governing body for Bikeability is The Bikeabilty Trust acting on behalf of the department for Transport. They require us to gather consent forms and booking forms for the services we deliver. In cases of our instructors, The Bikeability Trust and The Instructor Training Organisation needs to know who is working as an instructor for Avanti Cycling.

We will only hold/process your data as long as it is relevant and our retentions periods are detailed in our full privacy policy which can be found on our website”

Your rights.

If we hold any of your personal details, you have the right to:

  1. Know exactly what we hold, change, rectify it, erase it or move it at any time
  2. You also have the right to complain to our governing body if you believe that your personal data has been misused at any time.
