  • Dr Bike
  • Community cycle rides
  • Bikeability training in schools
  • Holiday Bikeability training
  • Cycle festival

Learn to ride sessions

We teach children as well as adults how to ride – it’s never too late to learn!

Bike fix sessions for women

We’ve been supporting Trek Bicycle Bracknell to run evening sessions for women to learn how to fix their bikes.

Dr Bike

We run Dr Bike sessions in several office complexes, providing workers with the opportunity for us to check their bikes, make minor repairs and adjustments and to advise on what further work might need to be done. We run the sessions in co-operation with the local authorities and the Bracknell Business Improvement District (BID) to promote sustainable transport.

We run business engagement events in Bracknell to encourage active travel among workers

Community cycle rides

We organise and lead local rides and also provide support for bigger charity rides.

Bikeability training in schools

Avanti Cycling is contracted by the local authorities to deliver Bikeability cycle training in primary schools.

Holiday Bikeability training

We offer Bikeability holiday courses at various Bracknell venues.

We are the designated providers of Bikeability in Bracknell

Holiday activities

We run an obstacle course for events, such as Bracknell’s Summer of Fun days.

Our obstacle course presents a fun challenge at holiday events

Cycle festival

We run the annual Bracknell Cycle Festival to celebrate the magic of bikes for fun, health and transport. The June 2025 featured stunt teams, a pump track, an obstacle course, learn-to-ride sessions, a bike raffle and stalls promoting various organisations including Sustrans and a BMX racing club.

The annual cycle festival gives riders a chance to see different disciplines
