We understand that your data is your property, we only hold it with your permission. We take your privacy seriously and will only use your data to administer your account and provide you with the products and services you have requested from us.
Data collected by our booking process will be held only as long as is necessary to provide the services requested by the individual. Booking forms are our lawful basis for holding that data.
AC is not a marketing organisation and will not pass on your data to any third party. With two exemptions:
1. The school or local authority.
2. Our governing body, The Bikeability Trust who need it to monitor uptake of Bikeability throughout the country.
We will only hold/process your data as long as it is relevant and our retention periods are detailed in our full GDPR Policy and Procedures which can be requested.
Your rights
If we hold any of your personal details, you have the right to:
1. Know exactly what we hold, change, rectify it, erase it or move it at any time.
2. You also have the right to complain to our governing body if you believe that your personal data has been misused at any time.
