We get more people onto bikes by teaching little people how to cycle in traffic, by giving adults confidence to ride and by helping organisations implement sustainable transport policies.
We give lorry drivers a greater understanding of vulnerable road users and also lead adventure cycling tours locally and abroad.
We deliver Bikeability in schools in Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
Enjoy our free activities for adults
Check out our adult sessions, whether you want to learn to ride, brush up on your skills as a novice, want some tips as a new commuter or fancy going for a group walk.
We teach Bikeability in schools
We are leading providers of Bikeability, the government-sponsored cycle training programme for schools. We are active in Berkshire and in Oxfordshire.
Let Dr Bike give you a free check-up
We will be checking bikes in Reading town centre every first Thursday of the month from 1100-1400. We’ll advise on what work needs to be carried out and can make minor adjustments to brakes and gears.
We switch to cargo bikes for greener deliveries
We are now delivering our loan bikes to schools using e-cargo bikes and trailers to cut down on our emissions and to demonstrate the huge potential of power assisted bikes.
Learn the essentials for fixing your bike
Get hands-on training in how to carry out simple bike checks and basic repairs to keep you rolling. These sessions are free of charge, sponsored by Reading Borough Council.
Train to become a cycle instructor
Enter the world of cycle training by attending one of our courses and earning your qualification as a Bikeability instructor. Sign up for our upcoming courses.
We’re helping Bracknell to get rolling
We are working with Bracknell local authorities to get more people cycling by providing a range of activities including Bikeability in schools, holiday courses and free family training sessions.
